Go to Account > Payouts and connect Stripe Connect first. After onboarding is complete, open My Listings and click Create Listing. Fill out details, screenshots, and your source ZIP.
Listing creation is gated behind Stripe Connect onboarding. If your payouts page still shows incomplete status, finish the Stripe onboarding flow and return to the app.
Published listings are visible publicly in the marketplace. Unpublished listings are only visible to your account.
Buyers can purchase from the listings page or listing details. After successful checkout, purchases appear in Account > Purchase History where buyers can download the source ZIP.
No. Each buyer can only have one paid purchase per listing. If already purchased, the purchase action changes to Go to Purchases.
Listings with paid purchases cannot be deleted to preserve buyer access and purchase history.
In My Listings, owners can view listing click counts and purchase counts to track marketplace performance.
Your report goes into our internal support queue and is only readable by admins. Include steps and context for faster resolution.
